| 内容記述 | In order to operate new technology of sugar beet, farmer needs to agree with other farmers or to use agricultural work support organization because these machines are expensive. To establish and manage such an organization, it is important for farmer to keep in close contact with sugar factory, agricultural cooperatives, transport company and other farmers. Further, when manager of organization determines entrusted farmers, he needs to have an information about machine which operate smoothly at farmer's field or not and about fairness between them to hope to entrust, as data on which to base a decision. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | てん菜の自走式多畦収穫機を取得し、稼働させるためには、取得価額から見て、複数戸の畑作経営の合意形成と、機械利用組合や農作業支援組織の利用を必要とする。こうした組織を設立して運営するためには、製糖業者、農業協同組合、生産者等の関係者が連携することが重要である。同時に、組織の長は委託者等を決定する上において、作業機の円滑な稼働の可否と、委託者間の公平性を判断材料にする必要がある。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
