 note = {In order to operate new technology of sugar beet, farmer needs to agree with other farmers or to use agricultural work support organization because these machines are expensive. To establish and manage such an organization, it is important for farmer to keep in close contact with sugar factory, agricultural cooperatives, transport company and other farmers.
