内容記述 | To utilize the potato pulp, which is mostly disposed as industrial waste, we studied fermentation of potato pulp by Aspergillus oryzae. At first we chose A. oryzae strains which can grow on potato pulp. We measured growth rate of A. oryzae on potato pulp and a change of the dry weight of potato pulp during fermentation. As a result, the strain NFRI 1163 was selected and this strain grew on potato pulp well. During fermentation, dry weight of potato pulp was decreased and mass of protein was increased four times than that of the potato pulp without fermentation. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
