| 内容記述 | In the 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake, various recovery plan proposals which change a life in the area a lot may come out. In that case, By what kind of method dose a local resident evaluates and agree some plans proposal? In judgment of the validity of a plan proposal, evaluating the space from disaster prevention and a life synthetically is called for. However, if this evaluation cannot imagine the landscape after revival by a proposed plan concretely, it serves as difficult work. In examination by the residents of a reconstruction plan proposal, this report says the meaning and the role of regarding as a landscape. And the technique and its example of practical use of a landscape simulation are introduced. Furthermore, in decision of the reconstruction plan by the residents in the Yoshihama area of Ofunato city Iwate prefecture, National Institute for Rural Engineering says as support that the landscape simulation was performed, and shows that support became a cause of residents’ rousing, and that it led to the promotion of an understanding of the disaster reconstruction plan. |
