In that case, By what kind of method dose a local resident evaluates and agree some plans proposal?\n In judgment of the validity of a plan proposal, evaluating the space from disaster prevention and a life synthetically is called for. However, if this evaluation cannot imagine the landscape after revival by a proposed plan concretely, it serves as difficult work.\n In examination by the residents of a reconstruction plan proposal, this report says the meaning and the role of regarding as a landscape. And the technique and its example of practical use of a landscape simulation are introduced.
