| 内容記述 | The disaster conditions of paddy field by the Mid Niigata Prefecture Earthquake were investigated, and it was examined about that countermeasure. The damage of a paddy field is unevenness of on the surface of a field and a crack and collapse of a levee, destruction of plowsole by liquefaction, mixture of sand to the subsoil. In addition, a farm ditch and drain, the damage of a farm road are remarkable, too. This report suggests the maintenance method that thought about future agriculture in an area not simple disaster restoration technology. In the paddy field of the stricken area, time passed from farm land consolidation considerably. Therefore it seems that there was it in the time to examine division expansion and farm road expansion, labor saving of irrigation and drainage management, introduction of an underground irrigation system. It is expected to become maintenance that thinks about the farming in the future without the disaster relief work ending in the repair as before. |
