| 内容記述 | The tubers of Jerusalem artichoke (Helianthus tuberosus L.) have been partially used for foodstuff of domestic animal, row material of alcohol brewery and salted vegetable. These are containing some levels of fructo-oligosaccharide. Recently, these sugars have become to be used as a health food. Exploration for collecting the wild Jerusalem artichole was conducted in Aomori and Yamagata prefectures from October 1st to 6th, 1995 (Table 1 and Fig. 1). A total 16 samples were collected from farms and road sides during the exploration (Table 2). These tubers will be pre-served at the Plant Genetic Resources Laboratory, Monbetu Blanch of Hokkaido National Agriculture Experiment Station after multiplication and evaluation. | |||||||||||||||||
