| 内容記述 | A field survey was conducted on Tsushima island, Nagasaki prefecture, Japan, from 20^<th> to 23^<rd> October, 2009. As a result, 32 accessions of leguminous plants consist of 7 accessions of Amphicarpaea bracteata, 3 of Glycine soja, 14 of Vigna angularis var. nipponensis, 2 of Vigna unguiculata and 6 of Vigna vexillata were recorded and seed samples were collected. All the seed materials collected were deposited at NIAS Genebank, Japan. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 本報告は，独立行政法人農業生物資源研究所ジーンバンクが行った長崎県対馬におけるマメ科植物遺伝資源の調査報告である．調査は，2009年10月21日～10月23日にかけて行った．調査の結果，かつてアイヌ民族による利用がみられたヤブマメ（Amphicarpaea bracteata）7点，野生ダイズであるツルマメ（Glycine soja）3点，野生アズキであるヤブツルアズキ（Vignaangularis var. nipponensis）14点，ササゲ（Vigna unguiculata）逸出集団2点，アカササゲ（Vignavexillata var. tsushimensis ）6点，合計32点の遺伝資源を収集保存した．これらの遺伝資源は，2010年度につくば市の農業生物資源研究所において栽培し，特性評価，種子増殖を行った後，配布可能なアクティブコレクションとして農業生物研究所ジーンバンクにおいて保存する計画である． | |||||||||||||||||||||||
