| 内容記述 | 土地改良区の事務局員と農村工学研究部門が開発したGIS ソフト“VIMS”を事例に新しい技術の受容に関する心理的プロセスについてインタビュー調査による質的研究法の観点から検討した。対象者へのインタビューにより得られた発話を質的研究法の1 つである修正版グランデッド・セオリー・アプローチにより集約・抽象化した。この結果，土地改良区の事務局員が新しい技術を受け入れるための要素として，土地改良区の〈現状と課題〉，技術の受容における〈障害〉と〈条件〉，受容を促進するための開発者からの〈支援〉，技術を受容する〈動機〉の5 つのカテゴリーが生成された。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study investigated the psychology of office workers in a land improvement district on technology acceptance of a new GIS software “VIMS” developed by the Institute for Rural Engineering, NARO, with a qualitative research method. As a result of the analysis with the modified-grounded theory approach, five categories for acceptance of new technology were generated from semi- structured interviews of office workers in the land improvement district:〈 present conditions and problems 〉 of the land improvement district,〈 obstacles 〉 and〈 conditions 〉 for technology acceptance, 〈 support 〉from the developer that promotes technology acceptance and 〈 motives 〉 as the reason to accept the new technology. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
