| 内容記述 | On 11 March 2011, a huge tsunami struck the coast of northeast Japan. Among stricken communities, there were little damaged communities. Yoshihama is one of such communities and is known as “Lucky Beach”. The heights of residential relocation saved Yoshihama residents from the tsunami. We learned how Yoshihama residents have mitigated the tsunami disaster, and proposed the concept of tsunami mitigation farmland. Now we are helping Yoshihama residents to create a reconstruction plan based on the concept of tsunami mitigation farmland. In this paper , We overview the concept of tsunami mitigation farmland, and report on technical assistance for Yoshihama residents. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
