| 内容記述 | Scent compounds of eleven scented leaf pelargonium cultivars were analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry. The main compounds were as follows : Pelargonium 'Rose' and P. 'Snowflake', β-guaiene and β-citronellol ; P. 'Lady Plymouth', citronellyl formate and β-citronellol ; P. 'Dr. Livingston', β-citronellol and iso-menthone ; P. 'Skeleton's Unique', β-guaiene and β-caryophyllene, P. 'Peppermint' and P. 'Chocolate Peppermint', iso-menthone and menthone ; P. 'Lemon', geranial (α-citral), neral (β-citral) ; P. 'Clorinda, β-guaiene and aromadendrene ; P. 'Mrs. Kingsley' β-guaiene and germacrene D ; P. 'Sweet Mimosa', iso-menthone and germacrene D. | |||||||||||
