| 内容記述 | The selectivity and the oviposition preference of the maize weevils for brown rice, polished rice and rinse-free rice (the superior rice made by removing the bran, surface starch and residue from the polished rice that does not require rinsing, Musenmai) were evaluated. These indexes showed the same tendency in the following oders : brown rice > polished rice > rinse-free rice. Thus, the rinse-free rice was found to be the smallest risk for weevil infestation, in this study. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 精米工程の異なる無洗米, 白米, 玄米について, コクゾウムシの選択性および産卵選好性を閉鎖系の試験で調べたところ, 加害リスクは共に玄米＞白米＞無洗米の順であった. 本試験の結果から, コクゾウムシの加害リスクは無洗米が最も低いことが明らかとなった. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
