| 内容記述 | Forty eight members of the Research Project Ensuring Food Safety from Farm to Table supported by a grant-in-aid from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan participated in a proficiency testing program in food microbiology for viable cell counts (total counts for Escherichia coli, Enterobacter aerogenes and Enterococcus faecalis) and all reported values were judged as acceptable because absolute values of z scores were less or equal 2. Forty two of the 48 members also measured coliform group (total counts for Escherichia coli and Enterobacter aerogeneses) and 39 reported values were acceptable. Out of the 48 members 26 and 23 members reported the counts for Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, respectively, all of which counts were acceptable. | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 一般生菌, 大腸菌群, 大腸菌, 黄色ブドウ球菌の菌数測定を行う技能試験に参加した48人, 42人, 26人, 23人の測定結果及び菌数測定に関するアンケートの集計結果を報告した. z スコアの絶対値が2を超えたため, 受け入れ可能な範囲外と判定された菌数を報告したのは大腸菌群での3人だけであり, 他はすべて受け入れ可能な範囲内の報告値であった. | |||||||||||
