| 内容記述 | 「食の安全」に関するリスクコミュニケーション推進を目的に，大学生を対象とした教育プログラムの構築と，これを導入したセミナーを開催した．受講者に対して「食の安全に関する意識調査」を実施し，受講前後の集計結果を解析することによって，当該プログラムによる受講者意識への影響を検証した．解析の結果，受講による一定のリスクコミュニケーション効果が得られたことから，大学生に対するリスクコミュニケーションツールとしての適用可能性を示した． | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

To look at the effect of this program on seminar audience consciousnesses, we conducted questionnaire about consciousness safety of food before/ after attending a seminar.
