 note = {畜産研究部門保有のLactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris H61 （H61） が免疫系へ与える影響を調べるため，9 週齢のLWD 交雑種ブタへ加熱処理菌体 （体重25kg あたり×1010 個） を毎朝1 回，通常量の抗生剤を含む飼料の給餌時に与えた。投与開始前日（ Day0） と 2 週間後（ Day14） の午前 10 時に採血し，分離した末梢血中単核球（ PBMC） からCD3，CD4，CD8，CD16，CD21，WC1 抗体に対する細胞表面抗原マーカー陽性細胞とリンパ球サブセットの比率，およびナチュラルキラー細胞障害活性 （NK 活性） をフローサイトメーターにて測定した。血漿コルチゾール濃度と血漿中の免疫グロブリン（ IgA と IgG） 濃度の測定を行った。
　H61 投与による効果はγδT 細胞を含むサブセットであるCD3+CD4-CD8- 細胞で有意な増加が認められ，CD3-CD8+ 細胞については低下する傾向が見られた。CD3+CD4-CD8- 細胞ではH61 投与区のみDay0 よりDay14 の値が増加した。免疫グロブリン濃度に効果は認められなかった。また，14 日間の増体量，飼料摂取量および飼料効率にも有意差は認められなかった。
　H61 死菌体の2 週間投与はブタの血中免疫細胞に対し影響を与える可能性が示唆された。, In order to investigate the immunological effect of Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris H61 that we have developed, it was administered to LWD crossbred pigs (9-week-old) with a feeding of every morning (4 × 1010 heat-killed cells per 25kg in weight). Blood samples were taken at 10:00 a.m. of the day before the administration
start (Day0) and two weeks later (Day14). CD3, CD4, CD8, CD16, CD21, and WC1 antigens on isolated peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC), and Natural killer cell activity (NK activity) were measured by flow cytometry. Additionally, plasma concentration of IgA, IgG and cortisol were measured.
The effect of H61 on lymphocyte subsets expressing selected differentiation antigens were shown in CD3+CD4-CD8-cell significantly, and CD3-CD8+cell showed a tendency. CD3+CD4-CD8-cell subset that includes γδT cell increased at Day14. Other indices did not show any change. Neither body weight gain nor feed
intake showed the significant difference. Strain H61 has the possibility as immunoenhancement additive to pig, even in the feeding contained normal amount of antibiotic.},
