 note = {Exploration for collecting sugarcane wild species, Saccharum spontaneum in Westhern part of Shikoku (The western part of Ehime and Kochi Prefecture) was carried out on September 18 to 20 in 2007. During this exploration, a sample of sugarcane wild species was collected in Tosa-Shimizu City. This accession was ranged along the mouth of the Ooki River flowing in to the Tosa Bay. We did not observe any plant community of sugarcane wild species in the coastline from Uwajima City to Cape Ashizuri.},
