{"created":"2023-05-15T13:36:48.684418+00:00","id":348,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"bf871003-d73a-4fc0-9d73-47b7214d3429"},"_deposit":{"created_by":11,"id":"348","owners":[11],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"348"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:repository.naro.go.jp:00000348","sets":["87:661:662:18:96"]},"author_link":["272","2040","633","984","950"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2018-03-30","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"2","bibliographicPageEnd":"136","bibliographicPageStart":"121","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"農研機構研究報告 農村工学研究部門"},{"bibliographic_title":"Bulletin of the NARO, Rural Engineering","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"2017年7月5日～6日にかけて九州北部地方に記録的な豪雨が観測され，河川の氾濫や土砂崩壊が発生し九州北部\nに甚大な被害を与えた。福岡県朝倉市では 200 年超過確率の確率雨量を大幅に超えた豪雨が観測され，市内のため池においては豪雨による洪水流が貯水池に流入し被害を受けた。さらに，ため池上流山腹の土砂崩壊によって土砂や流木がため池貯水池に流入した。本報では，ため池の被害状況を把握し，被災要因を解明するために朝倉市内 13 か所の被災ため池について現地調査を実施した。現地調査結果から，調査したため池の多くは，土砂や流木を伴う洪水流により洪水吐周辺が浸食されて被災していることが明らかとなった。また，今回の被災事例から想定外の豪雨に対するため池の被害を軽減するために必要な対策を提案した。\nIn recent years, damages of small earthfill dams due to torrential rains are more than twice as much as earthquakes. Record heavy rain was observed in the northern part of Kyushu from 5th to 6th July 2017. Flooding of the river and sediment collapse occurred. The northern part of Kyushu suffered massive damages in these disasters. In Asakura  city, Fukuoka Prefecture, Heavy rain exceeding 200 years probability exceeded was observed. Many small earthfill dams were damaged by the flood with debris flow and driftwood. In this report, the survey of thirteen damaged small earthfill dams was conducted to confirm the extent of damage. As a result, in most investigated small earthfill dams, the banks around spillway were collapsed due to erosion from the flood with debris flow and driftwood .
