 note = {Tofu (soybean curds) is one of the traditional processed food and commonly eaten in Japan. In this study, we isolated enterococci (indicator bacteria of fecal contamination) from Tofu purchased in Japan, and identified enterococcal species. In addition, we report the sensitivities to antibiotics of these bacteria., 豆腐は日本の伝統的な大豆加工食品であり, 日常的に食されている. 本研究は, 日本国内で製造販売された豆腐に混入した衛生指標菌の分離を試み, 18株の腸球菌を検出した. それらの分離株について生化学性状試験によりEnterococcus faecalis 2株, およびEnt.faesium 16株と同定した. また, それら分離株の特性を把握するため, 薬剤感受性試験を実施し, 2株についてバンコマイシン耐性の傾向を示すことが明らかとなった.},
