Certification labeling of the quality insurance or traceability of foods are thought to be important to earn the confidence of consumer. Recently, food exporting countries have strong interest to the concept written above and have been constructing the social system for ensuring consumers safety and confidence. This paper introduced the overview of the recent situation of the international circumstance relating food safety.
