{"created":"2023-05-15T13:36:44.972741+00:00","id":253,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"69d69821-3fa6-4988-9466-6eba734f2f9c"},"_deposit":{"created_by":11,"id":"253","owners":[11],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"253"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:repository.naro.go.jp:00000253","sets":["87:614:38","87:614:615:11:82"]},"author_link":["1127","1132"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2018-03-28","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"18","bibliographicPageEnd":"11","bibliographicPageStart":"1","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"農研機構研究報告 西日本農業研究センター"},{"bibliographic_title":"Bulletin of the NARO, Agricultural Research for Western Region","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"業務・加工用米の栽培では,生産コストの低減が求められるが,苗の植え付け間隔を広くする「疎植栽培」は,育苗資材費の低減や省力化につながる有望な低コスト化技術と考えられる.本研究では,業務・加工利用向け水稲品種「やまだわら」における疎植栽培導入の可否を明らかにするため,「やまだわら」の収量・品質に対する栽植密度の影響を検討 した.試験を通じ,疎植によって精玄米重が減少する傾向が認められたが,その減収率は,栽植密度22.2 株 /m2 から 11.1 株 /m2 への半減で 2~6%程度であった.疎植によって千粒重の低下やくず米の増加が認められたことから,疎植による「やまだわら」 の減収には玄米の小粒化が関与していると考えられ た.面積あたりの籾数および登熟歩合に関しては, 年次や施肥条件によって疎植の影響が異なった.品質に関しては,疎植によって整粒歩合は横ばいまたは向上する傾向が認められ,また,タンパク含有率は少肥条件で疎植によって上昇したが,タンパク含有率の値そのものは大きな問題にならない水準であった.以上の結果から,「やまだわら」に関しては, 疎植による減収や品質への影響が小さく,疎植栽培 の導入は可能であるが,玄米の小粒化の可能性を留意する必要があると考えられた.\nRestaurant and frozen food industries demand inexpensive but palatable rice. Because sparse planting can reduce the cost and labor for raising and transplanting seedlings, it could be used for the production of inexpensive rice. In the present study, we examined the effects of sparse planting on the yield and grain quality of‘Yamadawara’, a rice cultivar suitable for use in restaurant and frozen food industries. Sparse planting slightly decreased the yield, by only 2–6%, when the planting density was halved. This planting method significantly decreased the 1000-grain weight, suggesting that the decrease in grain size is closely related to yield reduction of‘Yamadawara’. Sparse planting was found to have various effects on the grain number per area and rate of mature grains depending on the cultivation years and nitrogen application conditions. The appearance quality and protein content of the grain was only slightly affected by this planting method.
