{"created":"2023-05-15T13:36:44.881659+00:00","id":251,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"12f6c96d-121b-4250-8939-e99babe612db"},"_deposit":{"created_by":11,"id":"251","owners":[11],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"251"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:repository.naro.go.jp:00000251","sets":["87:623:39","87:623:622:12:81"]},"author_link":["131","1312","135","140","975","141"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2018-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"67","bibliographicPageEnd":"55","bibliographicPageStart":"47","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"農研機構研究報告 九州沖縄農業研究センター"},{"bibliographic_title":"Bulletin of the NARO, Agricultural Research for Kyushu Okinawa Region","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究ではサトウキビの発芽と温度の関係を評価するために,サトウキビ 2 品種,発芽性が極良の飼料用サトウキビ「KRFo93-1」と製糖用に種子島にて広く植え付けられている標準品種「NiF8」,の発芽率と 50%発芽に要する日数について恒温インキュベータを用いて比較する試験を実施した。発芽試験は,品種(「KRFo93-1」,「NiF8」),温度(30℃,\n20℃,15℃),採苗時期(3 月上旬採苗,3 月下旬採苗)の要因に基づき実施した。発芽率については,10 日目,20 日目,30 日目の結果を抽出し分散分析を行うと,品種,温度,採苗時期の各主効果は有意であった。「KRFo93-1」のほうが「NiF8」よりも発芽率が高く,15℃での発芽率は 20℃および 30℃と比べて低くなり,採苗時期では 3 月上旬採苗条件で 3 月下旬採苗条件より発芽率が高かった。発芽率に及ぼす品種と温度の交互作用もまた有意であった。発芽率に及ぼす品種の影響は,栽培適温である 30℃では小さくなり,低温条件である 15℃では大きくなることが示唆された。50%発芽に要する日数については,15℃条件下で「KRFo93-1」では「NiF8」よりも短い傾向があり,「KRFo93-1」は「NiF8」よりも低温発芽性が優れていることが示唆された。以上のように,恒温インキュベータを用いた発芽率と50%発芽に要する日数の指標は,今後の発芽評価において有効であると考えられた。発芽率に及ぼす採苗時期の主効果が有意であったため,採取時期が異なる苗による試験の結果を比較することには注意を要することが示唆された。\nIn this study, we evaluated the effect of temperature on sugarcane germination, and conducted a test using an incubator to measure bud germination rate and time for 50% germination (50%G) of two sugarcane varieties: KRFo93-1 bred for forage use with high germination ability and the leading commercial NiF8 for sugar production. A germination test was conducted with the factors of variety (KRFo93-1 and NiF8), temperature (30°C, 20°C, and 15°C), and set-sampling time (early March and late March). The ANOVA was conducted with the fourth factor (observation date; 10th, 20th, and 30th day) in the data of germination rate. The main effects of variety, temperature, and set-sampling time were significant. The germination rate of KRFo93-1 was higher than that of NiF8, the germination rate at 15°C was lower than those at 20°C and 30°C, and the germination rate in test 1 (set-sampled in early March) was higher than that in test 2 (late March). The interaction between variety and temperature also had a significant effect on germination rate. It is suggested that the influence of variety on germination rate might be less under optimum temperature conditions for sugarcane growth (30°C) but greater under low-temperature conditions (15°C). The 50%G of KRFo93-1 tended to be shorter than that of NiF8 under 15°C conditions, suggesting that KRFo93-1 could have excellent low-temperature germination ability compared to NiF8.
