{"created":"2023-05-15T13:36:44.164331+00:00","id":236,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"da9f8249-e8b3-4579-9293-75baa9dfadc2"},"_deposit":{"created_by":11,"id":"236","owners":[11],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"236"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:repository.naro.go.jp:00000236","sets":["87:597:36","87:597:592:10:78"]},"author_link":["1420","2770","1345","2063","1230","2769","2771","2772","112","2325","713","896","773"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2018-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"120","bibliographicPageEnd":"20","bibliographicPageStart":"1","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"農研機構研究報告 東北農業研究センター"},{"bibliographic_title":"Bulletin of the NARO, Agricultural Research for Tohoku Region","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"「夏黄金」は2001年5月にF1雑種「関東123号/東北214号//関東123号/東北209号」を母とし、「もち盛系C-3170a」を父として人工交配を行い、以後派生系統育種法で選抜・固定を図って育成された秋播のパン・中華麺用硬質小麦である。2016年8月に育成を完了し、2017年2月に品種登録出願を行った。播性はⅤ、出穂期および成熟期は寒冷地の基準で“やや早”で、寒冷地の硬質主要品種「ゆきちから」と出穂期は同程度で、成熟期は1日早い。稈長は「ゆきちから」よりやや短く、穂型は紡錘状、ふ色は赤褐、無芒である。「ゆきちから」と比較して子実重、千粒重、容積重は同程度である。子実は硬質で粒の形と大きさが“中”の赤粒種、外観品質は“中の上”である。蛋白質含量、灰分含量、製粉歩留、粉の色相等品質特性は「ゆきちから」と同程度である。ファリノグラムの吸水率は、「ゆきちから」よりやや少なく、エキステンソグラムの伸張抵抗は強く、伸張度は同程度である。製パン時のミキシング時間は「ゆきちから」より長く、「銀河のちから」より明らかに短い。パンの比容積は「ゆきちから」より大きく、官能評価点は「ゆきちから」より優れる。中華麺の色相は「ゆきちから」と同程度で、食感が良く、中華麺適性も優れる。\n耐雪性は「ゆきちから」より劣る“中”である。縞萎縮病抵抗性は“強”、うどんこ病抵抗性と赤さび病抵抗性は“中”、赤かび病抵抗性は「ゆきちから」より強い“中”、穂発芽性は“難”である。\nA new hard winter wheat cultivar, \"Natsukogane,\" was developed at Tohoku Agricultural Research Center, NARO in 2016. \"Natsukogane\" was selected from lines of a cross between \"Kanto123/ Tohoku214//Kanto123/Tohoku209\" and \"MochiMorikei C-3170a\" by the derived line method. \"Nastukogane\" is characterized by early -to middle -maturing. The mean stem length of \"Nastukogane\" is shorter than that of \"Yukichikara\". \"Nastukogane\" has fusiform ear and very short awns. The grain yield, grain weight, and volume weight of \"Nastukogane\" are comparable to those of \"Yukichikara\". \"Nastukogane\" has red and glassy grains. The quality characteristics such as flour protein content, flour yield, and flour color of \"Nastukogane\" are similar to those of \"Yukichikara\". The water absorption rate of \"Nastukogane\" is slightly lower than that of \"Yukichikara\" and its resistance to extension of wheat flour dough is stronger. Extensibilities are equal in the two cultivars. The mixing time for bread-making of \"Nastukogane\" is longer than that of \"Yukichikara\" and shorter than that of \"Ginganochikara\". The volume and quality scores of breads made from \"Natsukogane\" are higher than those of breads made from \"Yukichikara\". \"Natsukogane\" is also suitable as an ingredient of Chinese yellow- alkaline noodles because it provides good noodle color and noodle texture. \"Natsukogane\" has moderate cold tolerance and snow mold tolerance. It shows high resistance to yellow mosaic virus. Additionally, \"Natsukogane\" is moderately resistant to leaf rust, powdery mildew, and wheat scab, and highly resistant to
