As a result of immunohistochemical examinations using 9 anti-RS virus antibodies, one of the purchased antibodies against human RS virus was confirmed to be useful for the detection of bovine RS virus antigen. When each antiserum against M. haemolytica serovar 1-16 was used for the immunohistochemical detection, it was demonstrated that M. haemolytica and P. trehalosi could be differentiated by the technique. There were, however, cross-reactions and/or atypical reactions among bacteria in both species. Next, anti-M. haemolytica serovar 1 absorbed with formalin-fixed bacteria that belongs to serovar 2-16 was applied on the tissues with each serovar, and it was confirmed that the absorbed antiserum could be used for specific detection of M. haemolytica serovar 1.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"牛の肺炎の主要な病原体である牛RSウイルスおよびMannheimia haemolytica(Pasteurella trehalosiを含む)の免疫組織化学的検出系の確立を試みた. 9種類の抗RSウイルス抗体を使用し牛RSウイルスの免疫組織化学的検出を実施した結果, 一つの市販の抗人RSウイルスモノクローナル抗体が牛RSウイルス抗原の検出に使用可能であることが明らかになった. 一方, M. haemolytica 1~16各血清型菌と各抗血清の免疫組織化学的反応性を検討した結果, M. haemolyticaとP. trehalosiを免疫組織化学的に区別することは可能と考えられた. しかしながら, 両菌の各血清型間には交叉反応あるいは非定型的反応が観察された. そこで, 抗M. haemolytica 1型菌血清をホルマリン固定した他血清型菌で吸収して免疫組織化学的検査に使用したところ, M. haemolytica 1型菌の特異的検出が可能となった.
