 note = {We have developed a simple method for measuring wheat-grain ash that eliminates milling and uses disposable aluminum foil cups. Compared to the conventional method, we can save 80% of working time by eliminating milling and pre-warming of the crucible and sample. Thus, we can efficiently measure a large number of samples. This method is useful for selecting low ash content lines in the wheat-breeding program., 試料粉砕を省き, アルミ箔をカップ状にした使い捨て容器を用いて小麦原粒灰分を測定する簡易省力測定方法を開発した。本測定法は, 測定自体の時間はかかるものの, 従来法で時間のかかっていた試料の粉砕, るつぼのから焼き, 予焼などの手間を省いたことから, 作業時間は従来法の約1/5 となる。また, 測定精度も十分高いことから, 系統選抜における多点数の灰分測定等に利用することで, 育種試験の効率化を図れる。},
