AKAV OBE-1 strain was injected surgically to two Japanese black fetal calves at the 150 days of gestation at the fetal femoral region via the maternal uterus. The fetal organs were collected 7 days after inoculation and submitted to viral, histopathological and immunohistochemical examinations. AKAV was isolated from the cerebellum, medulla oblongata, cervical spinal cord and the heart of the two fetuses. Perivascular cuff s and gliosis were existed in brain stem and perivascular inflammation by lymphocytes and macrophages was observed in the liver, heart and the femoral muscles. The lesion such as myositis or atrophy was not seen in the skeletal muscles. AKAV antigens were detected in the nerve cells, axons, nerve fibers, neuroglia and the macrophages infiltrated the perivascular region. In the spinal cords, AKAV antigens were detected in the nerve cells and axons in the ventral horns, although no inflammations were existed. Therefore, the lesions were primary occurred in the brain stem but in the muscles in the second trimester fetuses that were inoculated with AKAV., 胎齢中期牛胎子におけるアカバネウイルス(AKAV)感染初期のウイルス抗原分布と病変を解明するために感染実験を実施した. 妊娠150 日目の黒毛和種牛2 頭の左上膁部を切開し, 胎子の大腿部に子宮壁を通して外科的にAKAV(OBE-1 株)を接種し, 接種後7 日目の胎子臓器をウイルス学的, 病理組織学的および免疫組織化学的に検索した. いずれの胎子でも小脳, 延髄, 頸髄および心臓からAKAV が分離された. 脳幹部を主体に囲管性細胞浸潤やグリア結節が認められ, 肝臓, 心臓および接種部大腿筋の血管周囲にリンパ球, マクロファージの浸潤がみられたが, いずれの胎子にも筋炎は認められなかった. AKAV 抗原は, 脳幹部の神経細胞, 神経軸索, 神経線維のほか, グリア細胞や血管周囲の浸潤マクロファージに検出された. 脊髄には病変形成はみられなかったが, 腹角神経細胞や神経軸索に抗原が検出された. 以上の結果から, 胎齢中期牛胎子ではAKAV 感染初期に脳幹部を主体として非化膿性炎が起こっていたことから, ウイルスの増殖と体内伝播は筋組織よりも脳幹部の神経細胞や神経線維を主体に起こることが示された.}, pages = {11--20}, title = {胎齢中期牛胎子におけるアカバネウイルス感染初期のウイルス抗原分布と病変形成}, volume = {116}, year = {2010}, yomi = {タナカ, ショウゴ and カワサキ, ケンイチ and サトウ, マスミ and ヤナセ, トオル and カトウ, トモコ and ホリワキ, ヒロタカ and ヤマカワ, マコト} }
