A deterioration process model is made using Malkov process model. It indicates that deterioration process is influenced by the facilities’ type and circumstances. Life cycle costs are estimated in 3 cases of the facitities’ deterioration type and in two cases of repairing plan (corrective maintenance type and preventive maintenance type).
