CSL top dressing decreased Brix sugar content by 0.4% compared to only manure applications. In contrast, CSL top dressing increased nitrogen and amino acid contents compared to only manure applications. From the estimation by a two source model using δ^15N value, 55 to 84% of the nitrogen of fruits was easily taken up from CSL, and increased nitrogen and amino acid contents of tomato fruits.
