Its field resistance\nto leaf and panicle blast are moderate resistant and moderate sensitive, respectively.\n4.\tYielding ability of “Kitamizuho” is slightly superior to “Kirara397”. The grain weight of “Kitamizuho” is slightly lighter and the grain thickness of “Kitamizuho” is slightly thinner than that of “Kirara 397”.\n5.\tThe amylose content in the endosperm of “Kitamizuho” is very high and the value is approximately 30%.\n6.\t“Kitamizuho” is suitable for rice noodle and rice cookies because of the feature of high amylose content. “Kitamizuho” is considered to be adaptable flour\n","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"「北瑞穂」は,北陸以南向けのインド型多収高アミロース米品種「夢十色」と北海道向け酒米品種で耐冷性が極強の「初雫」を反復親とした戻し交配後代から選抜・育成された高アミロース米品種であり,2014年に種苗法に基づく品種登録がなされた。\n「北瑞穂」の主要特性は以下のとおりである。\n1.育成地における出穂期および成熟期は,“中生の中”に属する。\n2.穂ばらみ期耐冷性は,“強”である。\n3.いもち病真性抵抗性遺伝子型は“Pia, Pik ”と推定され,いもち病圃場抵抗性は葉いもちが“やや強”,穂いもちが“やや弱”である。\n4.「きらら397」に比べて収量性はやや高く,千粒重はやや低く,粒厚はやや薄い。\n5.白米のアミロース含有率が高く,約30出である。\n6.白米の高アミロース性による特性により,米粉麺や米粉クッキーなどの加工用途に適する。\n以上の特性から,米粉麺などの加工向け高アミロース米品種として,寒地における成熟期が“中生
