土地改良区を対象としたGIS技術の受容に関する質的検討 Qualitative Investigation on the Process of Technology Acceptance of GIS by a Land Improvement District 大塚, 芳嵩 オオツカ, ヨシタカ OTSUKA, Yoshitaka 遠藤, 和子 エンドウ, カズコ ENDO, Kazuko 國光, 洋二 クニミツ, ヨウジ KUNIMITSU, Yoji 土地改良区 VIMS 技術受容 半構造化インタビュー 修正版グラウンデッド・セオリー・アプローチ Land Improvement District VIMS Technology Acceptance Semi-Structured Interview Modified- Grounded Theory Approach 土地改良区の事務局員と農村工学研究部門が開発したGIS ソフト“VIMS”を事例に新しい技術の受容に関する心理的プロセスについてインタビュー調査による質的研究法の観点から検討した。対象者へのインタビューにより得られた発話を質的研究法の1 つである修正版グランデッド・セオリー・アプローチにより集約・抽象化した。この結果，土地改良区の事務局員が新しい技術を受け入れるための要素として，土地改良区の〈現状と課題〉，技術の受容における〈障害〉と〈条件〉，受容を促進するための開発者からの〈支援〉，技術を受容する〈動機〉の5 つのカテゴリーが生成された。 This study investigated the psychology of office workers in a land improvement district on technology acceptance of a new GIS software “VIMS” developed by the Institute for Rural Engineering, NARO, with a qualitative research method.
