マルチラインにおけるイネいもち病菌レースの長期変動予測モデルの開発 Development of a simulator of the rice blast race dynamics in multiline ASHIZAWA, Taketo 芦澤, 武人 アシザワ, タケト 森脇, 丈治 モリワキ, ジョウジ MORIWAKI, Joji 平八重, 一之 ヒラヤエ, カズユキ HIRAYAE, Kazuyuki A race-dynamic simulator for multiline was developed to control rice blast effectively. In our simulation, resistance breakdowns of the single plantings of resistant rice varieties by newly emerged virulent blast races were clearly demonstrated. The simulator could mimic the more than 10 year changes of blast races in the multilines in Miyagi, Niigata and Toyama prefectures well by using actual data of both composition of rice lines and initial proportion of blast races in them, and showed the factors preventing the resistance breakdown in the multilines such as a small cultivated area in Toyama, mixture of 7 components in Miyagi and timely changes of the component lines in Niigata.
