「食の安全」に関するリスクコミュニケーション推進を目的に，大学生を対象とした教育プログラムの構築と，これを導入したセミナーを開催した．受講者に対して「食の安全に関する意識調査」を実施し，受講前後の集計結果を解析することによって，当該プログラムによる受講者意識への影響を検証した．解析の結果，受講による一定のリスクコミュニケーション効果が得られたことから，大学生に対するリスクコミュニケーションツールとしての適用可能性を示した．
We configured the educational program for risk communication deal with safety of food on working with university student and conduct it. To look at the effect of this program on seminar audience consciousnesses, we conducted questionnaire about consciousness safety of food before/ after attending a seminar. In this report, we described the content of this program and evaluated applicative capability of this program by comparing the result of the two studies survey research
