Exploration for collecting the wild soybean (Glycine soja) in Shimanto Basin in Kochi Prefecture was conducted from November 1 to 2, 2006 (Table 1, Fig. 1). During this exploration, we explored 29 sites and collected 37 wild soybean seed samples at 18 sites (Table 1,2).
